Job Title: Business Development Manager II (Sales Manager)
Location: Houston (3 days per week in-office, with travel)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the refining, midstream, and petrochemical sectors.
- Utilize expertise in amine and caustic treating processes to deliver technical assessments and solutions for sulfur and acidic contaminant removal in both liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon streams.
- Evaluate and qualify potential opportunities by conducting thorough technical assessments of prospects and RFPs.
- Lead the creation of technical proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contract development and execution.
- Offer expert guidance on H₂S gas treatment and provide additional knowledge on spent caustic treating methods when applicable.
- Develop strong client relationships through effective sales and negotiation skills, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage the sales process, from initial engagement to contract finalization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or Petroleum Engineering may be considered).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the refining or midstream industries.
- Solid understanding of refining, midstream, or petrochemical operations; experience with relevant technologies is a plus.
- Strong technical background, including the ability to perform chemical process calculations.
- Demonstrated experience in sales with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
