Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are looking for a responsible Part-Time Operational Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Operational Assistant primarily include establishing contact with clientele that have registered for our events for the purpose of ensuring high attendance for these events. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Operational Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist revenue generation through call volume
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled events
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Type: Part-time (full-time possible)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
+ Performance Based Bonus Incentives
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
