About the Job:
The Coordinator, Brand Marketing - Events will be responsible for planning and executing brand marketing events and activations, as well as assisting with in-store and online brand marketing requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for experiential marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing various administrative duties, including packaging and shipping products as needed.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
Event Planning and Execution
- Own and execute brand activations with key brands and partners.
- Manage experiential marketing activations from concept to execution, including onsite vendor and staff operations.
- Create event concept decks in collaboration with the brand marketing team.
- Be a primary onsite contact at all events and activations.
- Oversee shipping, tracking, maintaining, unloading, and setting up event supplies and equipment.
- Provide event recaps and analyze performance post-activation.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with event and brand managers, as well as cross-functional partners within marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce to implement brand initiatives and events.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate with outside brand partners, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
- Attend offsite brand marketing initiatives as a point person for the brand.
- Assist Marketing Manager with presentations, including research, copywriting, and content
- development.
- Plan, organize, and submit marketing content.
- Maintain inventory control and receiving of seeding and other materials.
What it takes to Join:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry with a focus on brand knowledge, and trends in music/art/sport. Having experience working in a brick-and & mortar store is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of Adobe Suite and graphic design skills is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and solution oriented. Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A positive, resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to regularly work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate ideas, issues, and opportunities effectively. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Salary Range: $59,152 - $66,560

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
