Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Pella Products of KC, Inc. in Lenexa, KS. The Human Resources Generalist role will involve a variety of tasks including staffing, training, onboarding and development, and compensation and benefits, enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. This position will report to Pella KC’s CFO but will provide support and work closely with all managers and leaders in the business.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, best practices, and employment law
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent required
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources required
