Job Description
As an Engagement Manager with GlideFast Consulting, you will be accountable for the management and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. You will provide oversight and management of resources, scope, schedule, and cost related to projects. Utilizing best practices for effective project management, you will lead project management and operational support activities to define work schedules and assignments, review deliverables, manage discrepancies, and communicate effectively with the customer and team. In this role, you will develop and manage relations with key client stakeholders, partnering with them to provide best practice solutions that meet their business objectives. You will manage projects using the GlideFast Engagement Methodology, based on the ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Methodology (SAIF), and develop comprehensive project plans. You will ensure regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and ensure that all project collateral is delivered in a timely manner.
Collaboration with GlideFast Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Developers is key to delivering successful solutions. You will also direct discovery workshops to validate requirements and deliver measurable results within timelines, resulting in positive customer feedback. To excel in this role, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders are essential. Additionally, maintaining composure, thinking strategically, and making well-considered decisions in demanding situations will greatly contribute to the success of the project.

Required Skills/ Experience:
- Two or more years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or SAAS implementation for a professional services organization
- Working experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficient understanding of the ITIL framework
- Skilled in using various project management software suites, including MSProject, JIRA, and ServiceNow PPM, with a preference for ServiceNow PPM
- Experience as a Scrum Master and providing effective, regular client project status reports
Salary data
The starting pay range for this role is $125,000- $155,000 + Bonus. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
