Our licensed opticians and sales associates provide an elevated and tailored experience to all clients, both remote and in-store. We house exclusive independent collections that are constantly evolving. We as a company are also evolving and growing! Compensation commensurate with experience starting at $30/hr, plus a generous commission on all sales.
Basic qualifications:
- Dispensing license is required
- Strong organizing skills
- Retail Optical sales experience REQUIRED
- Luxury experience
- Team player a must!
- Basic knowledge of Excel a PLUS!
- Self-motivated with a drive for continual learning and improvement
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and able to work weekends
- Desire to be a part of a stellar team with many years of luxury experience!
- Weekend flexibility is required
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Custom fitting of glasses based on our extensive frame selections
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of our lens selection
- Educate clients on cutting edge technology to meet their visual and lifestyle needs
- Using your optical knowledge to take and record measurements and ensure the finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
- Dispensing Glasses and Frame adjustments
- Working as a team to accomplish common goals
