The Jr. Asset Coordinator will work on multiple projects within the theatrical, broadcast, streaming and gaming spaces.
Responsibilities
-Post-processing organization and internal distribution of incoming client-supplied assets with a clear focus on asset security
-Enthusiasm for detail-oriented tasks and a keen ability to notice minute differentiation between assets (a.k.a Jedi Grand Master-level skills of the Where’s Waldo and Spot the Difference variety)
-Tracking and reporting stock imagery usage and providing admin support for billing
-Accurate manual still frame identification with a working understanding of proper resolution requirements for all stages of the Print workflow
-Asset ingest and tracking from a wide array of client delivery platforms
-Maintaining clear and secure records of internal and external asset shares, managing permissions where necessary
-Troubleshooting everyday issues with the team’s daily-use software platforms (including but not limited to Extensis Portfolio, stock image accounts, Box, Google Drive)
Beneficial Skills and Experience
-Able to handle a fast-paced workflow under pressure and multitasking between concurrent projects, and within that the ability to clearly communicate a realistic picture of your bandwidth
- Rigorous attention to detail and a proactive, intuitive approach to asset organization for a team of lightning-speed creatives
- A love for folder structures and detailed file management

-Exceptional communication, time-management, prioritization skills and a desire to work within an incredibly collaborative team
-Consistent follow-through to traffic communication and ensuring delivery of resources while maintaining content security
-Working understanding of Digital Asset Management systems, including but not limited to DF Studios and GlobalEdit
-At least one year experience managing assets in an agency or photo lab environment and/or photography background preferred
-Experienced user in Google Drive, familiarity with Adobe CC (incl. Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop), Extensis Portfolio, DF Studio, Aspera Connect and Quicktime preferred
