We are seeking experienced candidates for a dynamic role in automation systems management. This position involves overseeing the design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery, as well as managing systems integration and vendor services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage automation systems projects from initial specifications through fabrication and qualification, working with external vendors.
- Direct the technical aspects of electric/electronic systems, automation engineering, and process development departments.
- Oversee internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Full system responsibility, including automation, injection molding processes, and auxiliary equipment.
- Lead energy maintenance programs and ensure compliance with pollution control standards.
- Develop new equipment standards and coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial guidelines are met.
- Select, train, and develop technical staff.
- Ensure new equipment meets contract specifications and authorize payment upon delivery.
- Oversee chemical control reporting and ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in automation systems, with supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in electrical/electronics and process engineering.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
