This is a long term contract that must be done hybrid 3 days per week in Chicago
Responsibilities:
- The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) contractor will support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions
- Work with Technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection
- Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives
Qualifications:
- Understanding capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality in the ITIL model
- Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model
- Comprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model
- Operational experience creating and managing CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB
