Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $17/hour
- Weekly Bonuses per Lead, with Monthly Performance Bonuses
- Unlimited Bonus Potential with Weekly Lead Payouts
- Bonuses are Based on the Number of Leads and Sales Generated
- Estimated Yearly Pay with Bonuses for minimum performance: $46,280, and at 6 leads/week you would make $58,200 (Just over 1 lead per day!)

About the Position:
This is a full-time position with internships and seasonal spots available. You will drive/ride to designated locations in a company-provided vehicle and engage with potential buyers by knocking on doors within mapped areas. Every team member is prepared for success, equipped with a tablet containing essential information and resources and thorough training. Our territory includes Lewiston, Maine, and north, meaning you will be visiting locations all over the state.

Daily Tasks (Responsibilities):
- Provide an outstanding first impression with homeowners.
- Knocking on doors.
- Conversing with homeowners.
- Using a tablet.
- Working outside.
- Riding in a vehicle with a team of people.
- Working 8- or 10-hour shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM - weekends and evenings as needed.
