We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our eCommerce operations. This role requires expertise in managing Shopify Plus platforms, a deep understanding of DTC eCommerce, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Operations Management: Oversee and enhance the daily operations of our Shopify Plus storefront. Ensure seamless site functionality, manage inventory, address issues promptly, and implement best practices to boost operational efficiency.
- Promotion Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee promotional campaigns on the site and across various channels, including social media, email, and SMS/MMS. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and the Executive Office to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned with brand objectives, receive necessary approvals, and are executed effectively.
- User Experience & Site Optimization: Lead efforts to improve the UX/UI of our eCommerce site. Conduct regular site audits, implement updates, and work on conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance the customer journey and drive sales.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as site traffic, revenue, margin, and conversion rates. Prepare and present performance reports and actionable insights to the VP of Digital to support informed decision-making.
- Support Brand Marketing Initiatives: Assist in implementing brand marketing strategies by updating and maintaining collateral on the eCommerce site. Ensure that all site content and promotional materials are aligned with current marketing initiatives and brand messaging, contributing to a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce strategies and promotional activities.
- Customer Experience: Oversee and elevate the entire customer journey, from order fulfillment and customer service to returns. Implement best practices to optimize satisfaction, streamline processes, and build lasting customer loyalty.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, particularly with DTC brands. Extensive experience with Shopify Plus and its app ecosystem is required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, email/sms marketing platforms (e.g., Attentive/Klaviyo), and UX/UI testing tools (e.g., Mouseflow) is a plus.
