Role: Salesforce Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long Term Contract
- 8+ Years of experience preferred in tech delivery in Salesforce platform
- Hands on experience with Application Design and Software Development. Should be well versed in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Data Cloud is also a plus.
- Participate in effort estimation for user stories under discussion while grooming or sprint planning for scrum team
- Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications, extensions and integrations to deliver solutions that impact multiple platforms and products
- Perform code reviews, ad-hoc pair programming, contribute to iterative improvement of tools, automation and practices used by team
- Develop and improve CI/CD workflow tools and processes
- Perform ongoing refactoring of code, utilize visualization and other techniques to fast track concepts and deliver continuous improvements
- Ability to analyze business requirements and architect / estimate solutions at various scales
- Developer code for assigned stories per the deadline
- Define detailed technical design for assigned features in line with Development standards
- Facilitate discussions to identify alternative or different approaches to solve problems, breakdown barriers and drive resolution of conflicts to ensure productivity of the team.
