Berman and Company is a dynamic public relations firm looking for a Senior Writer/Editor to join our team. The right candidate will have superb writing and editing skills and the ability to write clear, concise copy across a myriad of issue areas and topics.
This role is in-person. Local or willing-to-relocate candidates only.
Role Snapshot
- Write compelling and well-sourced op-eds for placement in top news outlets across the country.
- Oversee a team of writers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Collaborate with writers to develop and refine content ideas.
- Manage deadlines, ensuring that content is delivered on time.
- Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy of information presented.
- Provide writing and editing support across projects and issue areas, including but not limited to video scripts, website content, and research reports.
