Overview
The Escrow Account Manager is responsible for achieving branch goals by managing closing and settlement processes, developing customer relationships, overseeing budgets, and leading branch staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations meet standards.
- Monitor processes for title and closing accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless transitions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Oversee funds and closings, ensuring compliance with audits.
- Manage departmental budgets focusing on expense reduction.
- Promote branch services to customers and partners.
- Stay updated on regulations and competitor offerings.
- Support community engagement and uphold security procedures.
- Identify operational risks and ensure compliance.
Management Duties
- Ensure appropriate staffing and talent development.
- Delegate tasks and evaluate employee performance.
- Facilitate training and coaching for staff.
- Maintain schedules and conduct regular team meetings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
- Notary Public and Escrow Officer license required.
- 3-5 years of escrow operations experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of RESPA and title regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SoftPro experience a plus.
