Job Description:
As the General Manager - HVAC with Dehumidification Expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HVAC operations with a specific focus on dehumidification systems. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, enhance product offerings, and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC engineering and management, with demonstrated experience in dehumidification technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets.
- Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to identify market needs and opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing products, particularly in the area of dehumidification.
- Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting our HVAC and dehumidification solutions, including targeting key market segments and establishing strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in a leadership role within the HVAC industry, with a focus on dehumidification systems.
- Technical expertise in HVAC engineering principles, including design, installation, and maintenance of dehumidification systems.
