The Director of Engineering is responsible for managing design project lifecycles, ensuring client success, and mentoring staff to achieve their potential. A well-qualified candidate has significant prior experience in consulting or plant engineering within industrial and process industries, with proven leadership ability and a consistent track record of managing large and complex projects. Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to ensure project success
- Mentor team members to realize their career potential
- Effectively coordinate internal resources including CAD design and various engineering disciplines
- Develop and manage design projects, schedules, and budgets
- Lead internal process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Professional engineer licensure preferred
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
