The Company:
JBAndrews is working with an industry leading Global Logistics Provider looking to add a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of Project Logistics to oversee developments across the Americas region. The candidate will be tasked with steering the division through expansion and leading the product to further success.
The Role:
- Taking full ownership and responsibility for the product performance and goals.
- Help drive growth, market share and increase gross profit contribution for the vertical.
- Lead the Project Logistics team across the Americas region to enhance their technical capabilities and overall performance.
- Own financial responsibility for the product, preparing and managing annual budgets.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy and business plan targeting key markets and clients, improving capabilities in emerging regions.
- Cross functionally collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless and unified methods of working.
- Recruit and onboard new talent to support vertical growth.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to process ownership.
The Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in project logistics, ideally in a management role
- Technical knowledge of project cargo movements (OOG, BB cargo)
- Experience working in a global organisation
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail including an eye for innovation
