Excellent customer service skills
with the ability to effectively
communicate via phone to diagnose
problems remotely in a help desk
support capacity.
At least one year of call center
experience.
High School diploma or Equivalent.
Customer-oriented: A desire to
serve both external and internal
clients by focusing effort on meeting
the client's needs, understanding
their concerns, and seeking to build
Trust.
Communication: The ability to
promote understanding through
exceptional written, oral,
interpersonal, and presentation
skills.

environment.
Initiative: The ability of the individual
to act and take steps to solve or

Experience using Genesys,
Sharepoint, MS Office, Outlook.
Experience in a Help
Desk/Customer Support
environment.
