Our client is growing and adding an EHS Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI. Awesome opportunity to strategically drive EHS through multiple locations within North America.
Duties:
- Adhere to Federal and Local EHS programs and apply to in-house programs across all business units.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training programs at a corporate level
- Ensure company-wide health and safety programs
- Process Workers' Compensation claims, investigations, and return to work processes with employees, managers, and HR business partners
- Strategic planning on all internal EHS programs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Safety and Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in management with 5 plus years in EHS
- P&L contributor
- Certifications of CHCM, 30-Hour OSHA, CSP, CIH, and/or ASP preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Previous experience as a strategic business partner
Onsite role with Domestic Travel required!
