Job Description:
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics CRM solution.
- Drive technical decisions, architecture design, customization.
- Oversee development activities, including customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Support the integration with other systems such as AMS360, Insurtech aggregators.
- Integrate with contact center solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Azure integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
