We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Tinker AFB, OK. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a civil construction project from start to finish. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in civil construction project management and will be proficient in the process of utility/pipeline installations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed to specifications
- Oversee project site activities, including material procurement, labor management, and quality control
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects align with company objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Utilize construction management software and other tools to track project progress, manage schedules, and analyze project data
- Prepare and submit reports to management, including project status, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain project schematics and drawings using Bluebeam software
- Review and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
- Manage project coordination, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders
- Utilize Bluebeam and other project management software to manage project documents, collaborate with team members, and track project progress
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Experience with project coordination and scheduling tools, such as Schematics and Time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- USACE CQM Required
- Certification in construction project management, such as the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or the Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) is an asset.
