This is a FULL-TIME position as an employee of our manufacturing client and REQUIRES commuting to the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area daily. HOWEVER, relocation assistance within the US is available.

Excited to share an opportunity to join our team as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist! Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll be a key player in implementing and overseeing OHS programs and strategies to enhance organizational performance.
As the Subject Matter Expert in OHS matters, you'll mentor safety committees and employees, ensuring a safe work environment. Your role involves guiding training programs, leading audits, and maintaining compliance with regulations to drive health and safety metrics.
To qualify, you need a Bachelor's Degree in EHS or related field, along with at least 2 years of OHS management experience in manufacturing. Demonstrated success in using KPIs to improve safety, knowledge of health and safety programs, and auditing skills are essential.
