Commercial Property Administrator
Location: Ventura and Oxnard office

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling budgeting and financial tasks, and overseeing maintenance and vendor services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and lease issues
- Prepare, manage, and track annual property budgets, including CAM reconciliations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain the properties and handle repairs and maintenance
- Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment processing
- Assist in drafting and executing lease agreements, amendments, and renewals
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and upkeep
- Maintain property records and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Provide reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and tenant retention
- Ensure excellent tenant relations and maintain open communication with property owners
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, commercial leases, and legal regulations
- Experience with CAM reconciliations and budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
