Position Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Client Success Associate to assist client with their request and needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations, and committed to going the extra mile for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Good computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe, Nitro PDF and online web browsers.
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
- A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
- Proficiency in using technology and client management systems.
- Previous legal experience is preferred but not required.
