Our client, an Am Law 200 firm based in Michigan, is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support their team. This role will involve managing trademark clearance, portfolios, and communicating with clients concerning clearance.

Location: Michigan (multiple offices across the state), Chicago, or Washington, DC
Term: Full Time/Direct Hire
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the Legal industry and/or a Paralegal Certificate
- 3+ years of experience with trademark prosecution, trademark search and clearance, legal research, and maintenance renewal
- Proficiency in docketing software such as PATTSY and research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis Nexis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
