JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join a collaborative and inclusive law firm. In this Legal Administrative Assistant role, you would support a busy team of family law litigation attorneys. To give you an idea of how this Legal Administrative Assistant role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
- Manage and coordinate attorney schedules and calendars, including appointments, meetings, court appearances, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondences, and reports
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, e-filings, and motions
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
To apply for this Legal Administrative Assistant position, 1+ years of legal support experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. You will also need:
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with PDF programs, Styles and Templates software, and NetDocs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new software
- Strong client service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
