The FP Coordinator's primary responsibility is to act as the liaison between the Firm Financial Advisors, the Wealth Strategies Division’s Financial Planning team, and the home office. All requests are filtered through the coordinator to ensure consistency and effective communication throughout the process. Responsible for tracking, processing, and assigning all WSD Requests.
Duties and responsibilities
• Manage work flow between advisors, Coordinators, Financial Planning Consultants, and the home office to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Processing and tracking all WSD requests.
• Assist advisors in understanding overall financial planning services.
• Prepare correspondence and track the financial planning team’s progress through metrics.
• Support the department with other initiatives as determined by the VP FP. This includes, but is not limited to: marketing, presentations, training and disseminating information.
• Assist in implementing new strategies for more efficient communication with advisors.
• Promote the financial planning value proposition in the Firm.
