Job Summary: An integral role on the marketing team, this role will ensure all printed & digital communication (internal + external) follows set brand graphic standards.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Manage print vendors: obtain quotes/review proofs/press checks.
- Manage website vendors: obtain quotes & work on new website.
- Update new website as needed: new product launches, catalogs, brochures, care & maintenance, general edits & updates, etc.
- Assist with new development color target, sample requests, presentations.
- Create standard brand standards and work with HQ Korea have approved by HQ Korea.
- Create and update marketing collateral: brand catalogs, brochures, d-set inserts, promotional items, etc.
- Support sales team & distributors by creating promotional flyers that reflect brand standards.
- Manage all digital files.
- Fulfill requests from sales team and distributors for product images.
- Create templates for social media platforms.
- Trade Show graphics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- MS Office – Especially strong experience in Microsoft Excel
- Presentation development
- Ability to excel in a team environment (sales team, marketing team, etc.) but must be able to work with little supervision
- Experience with sample and dealer display programs
- Experience in the surfacing industry
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
- Three to Five years of relevant experiences
- Other relevant experience will be considered
Travel and Work Requirements
Periodic for trade shows and customers events; approx. 10-15%
