About the role:
We’re looking for a self-directed, Hubspot Associate to support our ever-growing number of marketing initiatives. This includes owning process, developing calendars, mapping client journeys, executing across social and email marketing automation systems, and managing reporting. Our Hubspot Associate will manage several content marketing campaigns at once, overseeing resources for deliverables across business silos and helping to establish and promote company process.
This role will be a critical link between developing ideas and bringing them to life, as well as driving cross-functional innovation and business growth for Potomac. The Hubspot Associate is the liaison for assigned marketing requests, playing an integral role in the production process. This role will also serve as a cross-functional team player, working with various teams within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred
- 2+ years in integrated creative and planning role as part of a marketing team/agency
- 2+ years in the wealth management or wider financial services industry
- 2+ years Hubspot experience
Responsibilities:
- Help execute the Potomac growth strategy, lead generation and nurture campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
- Partner with our Director of Marketing to deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns and email segmentations by cohort and audience
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all content execution, fielding questions, troubleshooting, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing overall expectations
- Manage day-to-day marketing deployment, and own campaign lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are on budget and within timelines
- Help to drive the evolution of our marketing platform and understand its integration with analytics tools, CRM, and other parts of the technology stack
- Develop and support processes to streamline asset creation and production
- Organize and maintain all content assets and inventory all projects post-completion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and vendors
- Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and ROI
- Produce monthly campaign activity reports and make recommendations for future action-items on based on review of analytics
What You'll Bring:
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot) a must
- Strong organic and paid social media experience as it relates to campaigns
- Required Mac proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven problem solving ability
- Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent project management and decision-making skills
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
