任职要求
1.曾在美国从事青少儿业务线下校区运营与管理工作经验,有After school管理经验优先。。

As the Principal of our offline training center, you will be in charge of leading and managing our overseas training center. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services, including operations, teaching, and customer service. You will also collaborate closely with relevant teams to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:
1.Enrollment and Marketing: Develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract exceptional students. Collaborate with the marketing department to carry out effective marketing activities.
2.Academic Management: Supervise and coordinate curriculum development, textbook selection, teaching plans, and faculty training to ensure educational excellence.
3.Team Management: Recruit, develop, and motivate campus teams, fostering a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, and enhancing overall performance.
4.Student Relationship Management: Establish effective communication channels with students and their parents, addressing their concerns and needs, and providing a superior learning experience.
Requirements:
1.Prior experience in managing and operating offline campus locations for youth education in the United States, with a preference for expertise in after-school program management.
2.Excellent team management and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate staff to achieve goals.
3.Strong focus on delivering outstanding student service experiences, coupled with exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
