Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high-rise construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and has a proven track record of managing high-rise projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of high-rise construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and adjust them as necessary to ensure project success.
- Oversee project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Monitor construction progress, perform regular site visits, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, budget analysis, and risk assessments.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure strong communication between all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in high-rise construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
