This is a permanent, full-time role working directly for Insight Global within our Professional Services Division, Evergreen! This is primarily an on-site position in Atlanta (Tues-Thurs) and will also require some customer travel.
This is a client-facing, technical pre-sales role that requires deep technical expertise in Data Engineering, AI, and ML.

As a Solution Architect in our Data and AI Practice, you will provide essential leadership within one or more industry COE verticals as you guide the development and packaging of best-of-breed data and AI/ML solutions to accelerate client proposals, pricing, and delivery. You will leverage your unique insights and expertise with Data and AI/ML implementations, collaborating with our technical architects to evaluate technology challenges and meet client goals. Employing our team dynamics and governance while leveraging our solutions, you will actively propose our solutions through compelling presentations. You will be a thought leader and mentor for your colleagues. Your expertise with technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake in a multi-cloud context effectively enables solution architecture. What You'll Do:
•Lead technology assessments, architectural designs and solution asset development with thought leadership and industry expertise.
•Provide client advisory services to understand client business goals, technology objectives and challenges.
•Provide technical advisory services to leverage, design and adapt Evergreen assets to define custom solutions, team structures, implementation roadmaps, and required technologies in collaboration with technical architects.
•Construct comprehensive client proposals and convey our capabilities.
•Foster growth by educating sales teams and mentoring junior practice members.
•Excel in verbal communication and problem-solving, guiding collaborative environments.
•Advise practice leadership on technology trends and highlight opportunities for growth and evolution in our core solution offers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•Proven leadership qualities, with passion for rapid learning and forming expert opinions.
•Advanced understanding of technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc. in one or more industry verticals.
•Track record of successful client advisory services and managing complex data projects in one or more industry verticals.
•Strong SQL skills, data governance, and metadata management expertise.
•Customer first mind-set, and a passion for successful solution creation, packaging and delivery.
•Deep experience working with leading Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
•In-depth knowledge of data integration, big data tools, and stream-processing systems.
•A track record of working with and producing value from large datasets.
•Project management acumen and collaborative prowess.
