Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Maryland/DC licensed Associate Attorney at Stillman Law Office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and handling labor and employment law matters. The role will involve representing creditors, conducting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in the state bar association
- Previous experience in creditor representation is a plus
