Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account Specialist to join a leading organization in the client services sector. As an Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7-4
Salary: $25 - $30 hourly (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Communication: Regularly update clients on progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Opportunity Identification: Recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to expand the scope of services provided to clients.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Inventory: Work with Quality, R&D, and Purchasing with our RMR (Raw Material Requisition/Reactivation) process for new ingredients & Components for customers. Facilitate with operations to review the setup of components, labels, and ony other customer packaging requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
