LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading Food and Beverage Distributor that's in need of an Incident Analyst to join their team and leverage best practices in Incident, Problem and Change Management across various arms of their business.
This role is a Contract opportunity with the potential for extensions/conversion, and the job seeker must be based and able to work on-site in the Greater Chicago Area in order to be considered for this position.

Incident Analyst Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely communication and updates to key stakeholders during major incidents
- Participate in and occasionally lead root cause analysis meetings to review major and recurring incidents, identify improvement areas, assign corrective actions and track their completion
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and documentation for incident and problem management tools
- Create metrics and reports to evaluate the success of corrective actions in reducing incident resolution times and overall incident frequency
- Collaborate with internal and external support teams to meet incident and problem management requirements
- Monitor adherence to incident and problem management processes and service level expectations (SLEs), escalating issues as necessary
- On occasion, you will be expected to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to manage major incidents and restore normal service operations in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Incident Analyst Requirements:
- 3+ years of well-rounded, Global/Enterprise work experience performing Incident, Change and/or Problem Management and Support
- ITILv4 Certification and a demonstrated knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
- Ability to perform Incident/Problem/Change Management tasks for various lines of business
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
