They are looking for an TA Specialist to join their team in their new Manufacturing/Processing Facility in Danville, Virginia.
Your new role
As a member of the People and Culture Team, you will drive recruitment efforts for their brand-new manufacturing/processing facility. Collaborating closely with the HRBP, you will manage various internal and external communications, attract and retain top talent, oversee a seamless onboarding/offboarding process, and ensure employees have access to effective training programs.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a start-up or smaller growing organization, ideally within a manufacturing, plant, or similar environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for blue-collar positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
