We are looking for an experienced Amazon E-commerce Manager to join our team. This individual will own the complete process of launching new product listings, creating and uplifting existing listings, marketing, and revenue success on the Amazon platform. They will work cross-departmentally and understand PPC advertising and SEO to drive growth and efficiency through the Amazon Ads platform. This role requires managing Amazon Ads spend on an hourly basis, focusing on CRO, maximizing ROI, and avoiding marketing cannibalism.
This is an Onsite position in City of Industry, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete process of launching new products on Amazon, along with the plan of when and how to list them, the initial launch marketing plan, the revenue and goals with each product.
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC advertising campaigns and SEO through titles and descriptions in the platform to drive growth, customer clarity and efficiency.
- Monitor Amazon Ads spend on an hourly basis, ensuring optimal ROI and avoiding marketing cannibalism.
- Work cross-departmentally to coordinate product launches and marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to develop key KPIs and reports, discussed in weekly meetings.
- Set new goals based on KPI analysis and hold oneself accountable to achieving these goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and improve overall performance on Amazon.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon e-commerce and advertising.
- Manage Vendor Manager relationships on a day to day basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms, as well as Amazon Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising and SEO, with the ability to manage and optimize Amazon Ads.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets on Amazon.
- Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
