Our client in Buckhead is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their growing team!
They are open to new graduate with a bachelor's degree in marketing. This is an entry level position.
Pay: $50K-65K depending on experience level
Location: Buckhead - in office 5 days/week
Responsibilites:
- Create proposals, valuations and other client presentations at the start of the sales cycle.
- Create and maintain property-specific marketing collateral to include property flyers, floorplan flyers, eblasts, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, postcards, etc.
- Prepare applicable images/attachments for use in marketing materials and/or provision to various listing services to include photos, custom maps, aerial photographs, etc.
- Update the company website
- Maintain calendar and coordinate schedule for ongoing email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Have a marketing background with specific expertise in layout and print design.
- Able to commute to Buckhead office 5 days a week.
- Be proficient with managing a wide variety of sales support and marketing projects to assist with the sales objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
