Description:
- Expert on using data to train models. The models are then used to automate processes like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting.
- Onsite required. Possible hybrid based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Assign cases to the Sales Force
• Warranty Registration
• Distributor / Supplier statements
• Morning Report
• Tag Distributor orders sent from other departments
• Order management of Strategic Accounts assigned
• Weekly Open Order reports to customers
• Providing multipliers to customers
• Performs other duties as assigned
• 2+ years of customer service office experience required
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2+ years in a customer service or office role.
- Sales Support: Experience in administrative tasks supporting sales teams.
- Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Data Management: Experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales and distribution.
Skills:
