**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team. The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students within the school environment. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs - Provide individual and group counseling to students - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) - Utilize experience in working with children to address various psychological issues - Implement psychotherapy techniques tailored to students' needs - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation - Participate in crisis intervention when necessary - Focus on pediatrics and patient care within the school setting **Qualifications:** - Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field - State licensure as a School Psychologist - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans - Strong understanding of IEP processes and regulations - Experience in providing crisis intervention and psychological support to children - Knowledge of medical documentation practices in an educational setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working within a supportive educational environment.
