Job Description:
Brick City Capital, the lending division of Leverage Companies, is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing a Loan Origination System (LOS) using Salesforce to enhance our lending processes. As part of our growing division, you will play a critical role in creating scalable and efficient solutions to streamline our loan origination, underwriting, and servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement a Loan Origination System (LOS) within Salesforce to support end-to-end loan lifecycle processes, including application, approval, closing, and servicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business analysts, loan officers, and underwriters) to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and extend Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools to meet business needs.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance the loan origination platform.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and provide insights into lending performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability of the loan origination system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve the system and its functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on building Loan Origination Systems or similar financial platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external services using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, loan processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (Platform Developer I, II, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Salesforce Loan Origination products is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
