Data Center Operations Technician
As a Data Center Operator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the data center facilities.
Your primary responsibilities include optimizing the fleet of advanced ASIC mining hardware, as well as network and power delivery infrastructure.
As an Operations team member, you will be tasked with troubleshooting and responding to dynamic situations while participating in or leading a small team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workspace throughout the site.
As a Technician, you will ensure healthy site operations by utilizing monitoring software. A typical day involves the manual movement and installation of ASIC servers. This position reports to the Site Manager and will complete additional tasks as directed by them.
Qualifications:
Experience with computer and server hardware or troubleshooting/diagnosing.
Knowledge of operating systems and networking protocols.
Experience working and partnering with teams to accomplish tasks.
Willingness to lift and carry up to 30lbs regularly, and 50lb inconsistently.
Willingness to travel

General networking and IT systems knowledge.
High degree of initiative and willingness to perform.
Structured, responsible, and independent way of working.
Willingness to work in adverse environmental conditions.
Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and repair advanced ASIC and GPU servers.
Utilize ASIC monitoring software to track and service servers efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and supervision to repair hardware and troubleshoot technical issues.
Accept deliveries and prepare RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Maintain the facility and keep it clean.
Monitor inventory levels.
Use and monitor mining management systems and dashboard applications.
Deployment and movement of equipment.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Basic networking principles or computer related skillsets are preferred.
