The Merker Group, (a leading National legal recruiting firm), is working closely on a role for a top regional law firm in search of a senior associate/partner level attorney with significant aviation finance experience. Specifically, lenders and/or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase and sale and financing transactions (in a law firm setting). J.D. required along with NC bar preferred. Ideally, 4-10 years of experience (salary commensurate with years of experience).
Domestic and cross-border transactions is preferred. Charlotte is preferred, but person can work out of state if you have great credentials.
The firm offers just off the top of scale compensation, no billable hour requirement, reduced hour/compensation for those that require due to family needs (hybrid 3 day a week in-office for those onsite).
