Bio/Pharm Patent Attorney - Associate or Counsel
Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP Associate for their Bio/Pharm Practice Group in Boston, Atlanta, Washington, DC, or Reston, VA, or to work remotely. The firm will also consider senior level candidates for a counsel or non-partner track role. \
Qualifications
- At least 4-5 years of experience in prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters, and handling large global portfolios.
- Experience managing and training technical specialists and junior attorneys.
- Background in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy, or antibodies is required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Eligibility to practice before the USPTO is required.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
