$55-61 hr on W2
On a W2 basis ONLY (no corp to corp)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of project management in banking or financial companies
- Payments experience: global payments, ACH, wire transfers, merchant services (backend), POS (backend), credit card processing, touchless/digital payments (zelle, applepay, etc)
- OK with either Agile or Waterfall methodology
- Commercial Lending
This is an exciting opportunity to join Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) and be part of a dynamic and fun team with amazing leadership. EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. EPT is made of core payment business technology functions including Merchant Solutions, Card Issuing, Digital Wallets, Transfers, Liability Payments and Settlement. EPT facilitates the movement of roughly $693 trillion through the processing of approximately 18.8 billion transactions a year to more than 66 million consumer/small business relationships and 2 million wealth management clients.
Job Duties:
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
