Position Objectives
- Serve as a key touchpoint for patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their visits
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy, building patient trust through expert handling of inquiries and scheduling needs
- Drive operational efficiency by ensuring smooth and timely check-in and check-out processes
- Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, offering compassionate support and directing concerns to appropriate channels
- Maintain composure in dynamic situations, demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset in addressing issues.
- Uphold our organizational values when making decisions related to patient care, balancing empathy with operational effectiveness
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or healthcare administration
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical office setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred, not required

- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make decisions confidently
- Detail-oriented multitasker, able to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Mastery of administrative and office management functions, including Microsoft Office and medical office equipment
- Proficiency in medical records management and scheduling software systems

Compensation:
$40,000- $52,000 per year, plus annual bonus opportunity
