Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists in Fort Smith, Arkansas for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Rehab facility. Occupational Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,340 - $1,468 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Rehab facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of occupational therapy services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Promotes wellness through patient assessment, care planning, and direct treatment

Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapy Licensure in Arkansas
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 2 years of acute experience as an Occupational Therapist within a rehab hospital
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).
