There is one caveat. You must be willing to move in a couple of years. We will be training you to run our third branch.
Hey, I am Rick Wallace, founder of LiquidLawn.com. And we need your help. We have over 8000 clients that we service for weed control, fertilization and pest control in two locations.
This position is based out of Macon, GA which is our branch manager incubator for more locations.
This is a two-part position. First, we will be training you on our systems, programs, and management style to run a branch by yourself. Second, you will be our client-facing representative. Meeting angry clients and making them happy clients. Meeting happy clients and selling them more liquid gold. Getting ahead of problems and increasing the bejeezus out of our retention.
We will also train you on our pest control services and you will work toward getting your Designated Certified Operator for Georgia Structural Pest Control.
Compensation:
- This position starts at $75,000
- Your performance bonus will be based off of client retention
- Commission for ALL upsells when you meet clients and neighbors
