Compensation: from $75,000 per year
As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing our marketing and advertising initiatives, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You will focus on implementing creating marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and contributing to increasing our brand presence and lead generation efforts. Your primary focus will be on executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all channels. By leveraging your expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, you will work with your team to optimize campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads that contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on comprehensive campaign management.
- Strong collaboration and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
- Extensive experience in managing Paid Search Campaigns, including expertise in platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful Social Media campaigns across various platforms, both paid and unpaid.
Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the marketing and advertising landscape, including digital, print, direct mail, trade shows, and other relevant channels.
Campaign Management:
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to optimize paid advertising efforts.
Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Foster collaboration between the marketing, design, content, and sales teams for cohesive messaging and branding.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide support and guidance on professional development and skills enhancement.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in marketing and advertising are desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
