CLIENT OVERVIEW::
A US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.
JOB OVERVIEW:
*** JOB TITLE: Bilingual Customer Service Rep (18 openings English-only candidates can also apply)
*** JOB LOCATION: Remote / Work from Home
*** CANDIDATE LOCATION: Must reside in TX.
*** DURATION: 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire
*** START DATE: 10/21/2024
*** PAY RATE: $16.50/hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates ($16/hr for English-only candidates)
*** TRAINING PROVIDED: 2-3 weeks
*** SHIFT: 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm PT)
*** BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work (no equipment provided):
- Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
- MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
- Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
- Bilingual: English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
- Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience
- START DATE: 10/21/24 (FIX) – will not be changed for individual candidates, applicant must be able to start on this date.
